The President of the Council of management of the General Society of authors and editors, Eduardo Teddy Bautista, is one of the nine arrested in the police operation which has today led to the Guardia Civil to register the entity headquarters in Madrid from 11 in the morning. Bautista is accused of an alleged crime of misappropriation in connection with a cause to investigate the anti-corruption Prosecutor’s Office and the national audience, confirmed senior officials of the Ministry of the Interior. Among the defendants is also Jose Luis Rodriguez Neri, an exalt steering of the SGAE that allegedly diverted tens of thousands of euros to companies of their property; the financial director of the entity, Ricardo Azcoaga, and the director-general, Enrique Loras.
