To listen to the word leader is understood as the person who is at the top of an organization; However is not the vast majority of us can become leaders media which we became leaders of 360 degrees, since we must handle upward, through leadership and down, this will depend on the capacity that we have towards our same influence leaders, our colleagues leaders (found at the same level) and to our collaborators. Only 360-degree leaders can influence people at any level of the organization. This leader must have empathy, have knowledge of their activities, always continue updating the most relevant topics, always be available to share their knowledge, being a person with good values, always lead by example, be firm in your words. Lead upwards would be more complicated but at the moment of achieving it this means success since top leaders will learn to trust and rely on for their subordinate, as well as to ask for Council. Regardless of how many leaders you have an organization, you will always need more leaders of 360 degrees, which add value to the company.
